Gainbook ist ein Trainingstagebuch, das vollständig auf deinem Gerät arbeitet. Die App hat keine Benutzerkonten, keinen eigenen Server und keinen Internetzugriff. Ich erhalte keine deiner Daten, und die App gibt keine Daten an Dritte weiter. Es gibt keine Werbung, keine Analysewerkzeuge und keine Absturzberichte.
Alles, was du einträgst, wird ausschließlich im internen Speicher der App auf deinem Gerät abgelegt:
Körperdaten wie Gewicht, Puls oder Blutdruck sind Gesundheitsdaten. Sie bleiben auf deinem Gerät und werden von der App nicht übertragen.
Du kannst deine Daten als Excel-Datei exportieren und über das Teilen-Menü deines Geräts weitergeben oder eine Datei importieren. Das geschieht nur, wenn du es selbst auslöst. Wohin die Datei geht, bestimmst du (z. B. Speicherort, E-Mail- oder Messenger-App). Für die Verarbeitung durch diese Dienste gelten deren eigene Datenschutzbestimmungen.
Die App erlaubt die automatische Datensicherung von Android. Hast du in den Einstellungen deines Geräts die Sicherung in deinem Google-Konto aktiviert, kann Android die App-Daten verschlüsselt in deinem Google-Konto sichern und bei einer Neuinstallation wiederherstellen. Diese Sicherung führt Google im Rahmen deines Google-Kontos durch; ich habe darauf keinen Zugriff. Du kannst sie in den Android-Einstellungen abschalten.
Beim Herunterladen der App über Google Play verarbeitet Google Daten nach seinen eigenen Datenschutzbestimmungen. Darauf habe ich keinen Einfluss. Google stellt mir als Entwickler zusammengefasste Statistiken bereit (z. B. Anzahl der Installationen); daraus kann ich dich nicht identifizieren.
Die Daten bleiben auf deinem Gerät, bis du sie in der App löschst oder die App deinstallierst. Beim Deinstallieren werden alle App-Daten vom Gerät entfernt. Eine eventuelle Android-Sicherung verwaltest du in deinem Google-Konto.
Da ich keine personenbezogenen Daten über dich erhalte oder speichere, kann ich dazu auch keine Auskunft geben oder sie löschen – du hast die vollständige Kontrolle auf deinem Gerät. Unabhängig davon stehen dir die Rechte nach der DSGVO zu, einschließlich des Rechts, dich bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde zu beschweren. Bei Fragen erreichst du mich unter der oben genannten E-Mail-Adresse.
Die App richtet sich nicht an Kinder unter 16 Jahren.
Erweitert sich der Funktionsumfang der App so, dass Daten übertragen werden, wird diese Datenschutzerklärung vorher angepasst. Es gilt die jeweils hier veröffentlichte Fassung.

Gainbook is a training log that works entirely on your device. The app has no user accounts, no server of its own and no internet access. I do not receive any of your data, and the app does not share data with third parties. There are no ads, no analytics tools and no crash reporting.
Everything you enter is stored only in the app's internal storage on your device:
Body data such as weight, heart rate or blood pressure is health data. It stays on your device and is not transmitted by the app.
You can export your data as an Excel file and pass it on via your device's share menu, or import a file. This only happens when you trigger it yourself. You decide where the file goes (e.g. a storage location, an email or messaging app). Those services process the file under their own privacy policies.
The app allows Android's automatic backup. If you have enabled backup to your Google account in your device settings, Android may back up the app data, encrypted, to your Google account and restore it after a reinstall. This backup is performed by Google as part of your Google account; I have no access to it. You can turn it off in the Android settings.
When you download the app from Google Play, Google processes data under its own privacy policy, which I have no influence over. Google provides me as the developer with aggregated statistics (e.g. number of installs) that do not allow me to identify you.
The data stays on your device until you delete it in the app or uninstall the app. Uninstalling removes all app data from the device. Any Android backup is managed in your Google account.
Since I do not receive or store any personal data about you, I cannot provide access to it or delete it – you have full control on your device. You nevertheless have the rights granted by the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The app is not directed at children under 16.
If the app's features are extended so that data is transmitted, this privacy policy will be updated beforehand. The version published here applies.
